I love coffee. I pretty much drink it all day long, with a hot mug or two in the morning and iced coffee when I need something cold to drink.  I like coffee ice cream, pretty much anything coffee.  With that in mind, I’m looking for really good recipes for things made with coffee, such as rubs for grilling steaks/ribs or for smoking, sauces for barbecue, any way you use coffee when cooking.
